Good SHoW-4

Was wondering whom to make the SHoW this week... time was running faster than time (nothing could be compared with time)! Just opened the inbox in frustration to read through last week's mails to spot the hero and caught the right one...

This guy didn't get caught in HoW days, but this time he can't escape because as you all know we are very particular about honoring the right talents at right times. Will there be a better time than this for us to honor him? Look at the style... a pillar of Microsoft in front of the compound wall of Microsoft! But he doesn't look like a pillar. It looks like a wall in front of wall. So we can also call him 'Mr. Great Wall of Microsoft'. I think now you know who the SHoW is... Good SHoW Arun! We are proud of you...

We knew you before we knew Bill Gates... for us - the word Microsoft has always reminded you only, not Gates... if someone says "Microsoft head" we used to think of you only, not Gates... because you were the head of Microsoft team in Blue Chip. There was no Microsoft team in BC neither before nor after you... I think you were made for each other ('Microsoft' and 'Arun Mishra')! I have even wondered if your name is 'Arun Kumar Mishra' or 'Arun Kumar Microsoft'! You are the most successful son of BC soil - most successful student of BC University. (FYI - I decided to make you the SHoW this week when I was reading Bill Gates's interview just now). I would want to take back some of my words. I was saying, "Nothing can be compared with time". But now I want to say, "Sometimes time is flying faster than Arun!" My god... What a speed? What a speed? Morning breakfast in Hyderabad... after noon lunch in Singapore... a bottle of water in Tokyo... evening snacks in Germany... an 'in-between' coffee in Amsterdam... a peg (:-)) in New York and dinner in Seattle!!! (I don't know if it's technically possible... but I am sure there is nothing called 'impossible' in Microsoft's dictionary!)

It's not just getting into Microsoft that has got you this great award; it's also the prompt promotion at the exact end of the first year from Product Manager to Senior Product Manager. Kudos buddy! This group will have to feel too rude if it doesn't acknowledge your achievements in its own way... hence Good SHoW dude!!! All these are to remind you about the long pending party also gentleman...

For a lighter note (otherwise others will feel bad... a SHoW mail cannot be so serious like this, right?) - It's great to see that MS has not changed your outlook much (I am talking about your 'Lalu'
hairstyle:-))...

Then there is a question for the audience - what is the difference between Inzamam-ul-haq and Arun Kumar Mishra?

Guess...

Inzamam hit the spectators who called him 'Aloo' but Arun has never hit Suresh who called him the same way... :-)

Cumulative Summary:

1. Raghuraman Kadambi (Mr. Heartthrob)
2. Padmanaban VP (Mr. Padhu Jackson)
3. Sri Gopal De Lalgudi (Mr. Business Magnet)
4. Arun Kumar Mishra (Mr. Great Wall of Microsoft)

Those who have no clue about what this SHoW business is all about, please refer www.ex-BCians.itgo.com for the history and geography of it...

Thanks & Regards,
