Good SHoW-10
Hello ex BCians,
"Who do you think is the next potential branch manager candidate in BC?"
If anybody asked this question a few years back, most of us used to say without thinking for too long, "the one who comes to office by Kinetic Honda with his wife or girl friend who is also working in BC". That used to be the trend. Because we had seen two branch managers who met this criterion. "No matter you fall in love with your job or not, you have to fall in love with a girl in BC" became the guiding (or misguiding!) principle. Then the criterion was customized to generalize (because liberalization was the buzzword at that time) as "any Honda vehicle" to suit the changed scenarios. This is not to say that that was the only eligibility or everybody who did that became the BM. There were many other people who did that but didn't sit on the hot chair. There should have been affairs as much as the number of members in this group at least, ranging from life time bondages to one-sided short term bandages, few known and many unknown.
This week's SHoW is one of them who got his life partner in BC. He is celebrating his birthday today, too. It's none other than our Rabijit Sharma, Vidhya Sharma's hubby. Good SHoW! Rabijit! Many more happy returns of the day (birthday as well as SHoW day)!
Rabijit is one of my batch mates who joined BC in May or June 2000 and is now working with i-flex (again with me... poor guy!). I know him as a very reserved and cool gentleman. Might be because I have not worked with him very closely, he looks reserved and remains a gentleman. I have also heard that he used to be very short tempered and suddenly became so cool after putting on a ring with some stone on an astrologer's advice. Hence his SHoW name would be "Mr. Cool".
BTW - Rabijit & Vidhya! You still owe us a lunch. Now there is another reason why you should treat us...
This should also please Sobia, because she was little upset that we have never crowned any girl/ woman yet. Sobia! Any award or reward given to a man by default will go to his woman. Even otherwise she will know how to snatch it from him. Hence, this could be taken as an award to both of them. SHoW - Super Hero/ Heroine of the Week!
Quote of the week - "there is a woman behind every successful man (like Rabijit) and two or more behind every unsuccessful one (is there anybody out in the group?)"
Cumulative Summary:
1. Raghuraman Kadambi (Mr. Heartthrob)
2. Padmanaban VP (Mr. Padhu Jackson)
3. Sri Gopal De Lalgudi (Mr. Business Magnet)
4. Arun Kumar Mishra (Mr. Great Wall of Microsoft)
5. Radhakrishna Da Magane (Mr. Mannina Maga)
6. Kinshuk Banerjee (Mr. Dada Boy)
7. Iqbal (Mr. Manjunath)
8. Bimalendu de De (Mr. Dumeel)
9. Vinod DB (Mr. RDBMS)
10. Rabijit (Mr. Cool)
