Good SHoW-17

Big Brothers, Small Brothers and Sisters:-) (it takes a lot of guts to call everybody your brother or sister!),

Selecting the SHoW (Super Hero of the Week) is a complicated process in its own way. If there is any birthday celebration in the week, it becomes very easy. The birthday boy/ man himself could be selected. If any of the ex BCians has achieved something and we come to know of it, then also it is very easy. But most of our heroes don't tell us what they have achieved if they have achieved anything in the week passed by. To simplify the process and encourage everybody to share their recent achievements, we want to crown someone who has done that.

Good SHoW Benny! It's indeed a good achievement to receive appreciation from clients for what we have accomplished. The words of client are always powerful in any organization as they are the god for any business, for they give us money to survive and allow us to learn at their cost. So I am sure you would have also received a hike or promotion after that. If you are yet to get it, please keep us posted when that happens.

We have ex BCians of all branches in the group. There are a few who were lucky enough to work in all the three Indian branches. Benny is one of them. He joined BC Chennai and went to BC Bombay from there. And then he came down to BC Bangalore also, for the great HumaNET Oracle migration. Hence, order-wise also, it won't be a bad idea to crown him after Sateesh and Gururaj. (This is HumaNET month or what?!)

From HumaNET Oracle team, he was pulled to TKML (Toyota Kirloskar Motors Limited) as part of our "push and pull" strategies. I was also lucky enough to have a chance to be with him on one of his last few days as an auditor. Though I had worked with him for few months, I enjoyed that one day more than the previous experience. He was upbeat, cracking jokes and teasing and laughing at every fellow passing by. I never knew Benny was such jovial character. They say the true colors of a man could be seen only when he is in trouble. On the other hand, I could see the truecolor of the man when he was in his notice period.

By the way - we have only heard of and talked about couples in BC. There were a few siblings also working together. Benny's small brother (Indian version of "younger brother") is also an ex BCian and he is in our group, too. But I have never even seen them speak to each other. It is Leo Felix, who peeps in and runs away once in a while. He has already given some hint saying he would give us some good news soon. Don't be surprised if Felix is crowned the next SHoW. But I hope you won't let down your big brother:-) by making him attend your wedding as a bachelor. :-)

As of now I think you are the only "brotherly" ex BCians we know. Hence it is recommended that your SHoW name would be "Mr. Big Brother".

Mr. Small Brother,

Don't fail to nominate your papers before the next week-end, if you are serious about becoming a SHoW... :-)
