Good SHoW-13
Hey Maaaaams & ma'ams,
Exteremely sorry for the delay this week. Job changes sometimes change the lifestyle itself. I never knew I would have to work so much in I-flex. First two months were very jolly jolly! Now the life has turned 180 degrees. I am almost working 12 hours a day. Very hectic...
That's fine.
This week's question is, "does marriage change people?"
Those who haven't met Gopal would surely say "yes". Though I have not seen him before his marriage, I have always wondered how he manages to maintain the same momentum even now. There is a saying which goes like this - "there is no point in growing older if you can't become a child at times". This is not to say Gopal gets childish. :-) But to say that he still remains young and independent like a bachelor no matter what even after so many years of marriage. But don't worry. Gopal is not the SHoW (Super Hero of the Week) this week. He was dragged just because of the context.
But you would say "yes, of course" if you have met our SHoW before and after. He has two extremely extreme :-) lives - BM and AM. The amount of noise pollution he used to make in BC those days was immeasurable. If you meet him now he has almost gone mute. I can advocate this in any court that this was simply because of his marriage.
So what is right or wrong is not to be decided by us. Any change for better is good. His better half has literally made him a better personality. :-)
Now you know - it's none other than our moderator Suresh Ramaswamy. We used to differentiate two Sureshes as 'Sound' Suresh and 'Sarakku' Suresh. 'Sarakku' Suresh because he sang 'Sarakku' song in an outing. 'Sound' Suresh because he used to make so much of sound. We have already made 'Sarakku' Su SHoW two weeks back. So I thought before 'Sound' Suresh comes to me and asks "when 'Sarakku' can become SHoW, why not me?" I will only select him as the SHoW. Because, he doesn't usually hesitate to ask such questions.
It's not just that. He has achieved some thing, too.
First achievement - he changed for better after marriage. :-)
Second - He has joined Wipro last weeek. This is his 4th company, if I am not wrong.
Third - The group is celebrating diamond jubilee today. This is the best achievement in his life, as far as we are concerned. :-)
There are some things that we did yesterday without knowing what kind of change it was going to make in our life, like choosing the IT industry. We continue to do many such things every day. Some good and some bad. I am sure creation of this group is also one such thing Su did. He did a good, but he wouldn't have thought at that time that this group would one day become so huge with 75 people. Rest assured - this will soon hit century.
Hence it is our duty to honor the man who did such a noble thing for us to stay connected like this forever. So his SHoW name will be Mr. Noble (though he is not!:-))
Su! Good SHoW! There is lot more to write. But look at the time - 9:28 PM. I have to go home.
Bye for now. Good night! Let's see tomorrow!!!
